Refund and Returns Policy

At Buyszserne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the policy below for detailed instructions.
1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: After we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are damaged or used.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If items are returned in used or damaged condition, we may offer a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been opened or used (unless defective).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for our records.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake made by Buyszserne.
8. International Returns
We currently only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States. If you placed an international order, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
